Late/ Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, the unexpected happens. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late we
may not be able to complete your full service or have to reschedule your appointment. If you need to
cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellation or
reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total being
added to your next appointment. No-shows will have 100% of your service total added to your next appointment.

This policy is in place to protect both your stylist and our clients as we exclusively reserve your time
and will be unable to accommodate our guests on the waitlist in under 24 hours.
